FIFA Rankings: Rwanda drops to 87th despite hammering Mauritius 5-0

Rwanda has dropped two places in the latest FIFA wankings despite hammering Mauritius 5-0 ten days ago in the 2017 AFCON qualifier played at Amahoro National Stadium. In Africa, Egypt are the highest movers having ascended nine places to 44th to be ranked fifth in the continent while Ivory Coast, Ghana and Senegal are second, third and fourth in that order Three straight wins in 2018 World Cup qualifiers helped Argentina return to the summit, five months after they were supplanted by Belgium, while Copa America champions Chile soared to an all-time high of third place.
